An Army veteran, former rugby player, and father of three, Russ has lived in Connecticut most of his life. He and his family love life in the Quiet Corner, “We love the richness of life and community. People are genuine, salt of the earth, and look out for one another. In a small town, you get to know a lot of the families in the community”.

Dana Dowdell
Co-Host
Dana Dowdell is the owner of Boss Consulting HR LLC, a boutique consulting firm that offers human resource and business consulting services to small businesses. Her business was started with an obsession for everything HR and a crazy desire to help others. Dana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations both from the University of Rhode Island. In addition, Dana has obtained a SHRM-CP designation and brings over ten years of HR experience in the hospitality and non-profit sectors to her work.
